Nice food - I have also ordered online from here and it came quickly, was tasty, and reheated great the next day. Atmosphere is kind of awkward, some damage on the benches.
Came to the store today, and the staff was so lovely and great, they was very polite, happy, welcoming, they greet you with the smile. Very helpful with the menu. The food was delivered quickly, delicious, happy costumer, the manager said I should come back more often :) at least once a month. Thank you the girl for making us the waffles very nice, thank you to all the rest of team.

Very much a guilty pleasure of mine in Guildford! The range of deserts is great, they have a lot of ice cream flavours, and the coffee is good. My favourite desert is the Millionaire's Waffle (pictured), but anything here with chocolate is amazing :) There is now a range of plant-based and vegan deserts. I haven't tried these yet, but they looked interesting. You can usually get a table at any time. We last stopped in at 3pm on a Saturday and although it was busy, we had no wait. A desert and drink will set you back around 12. Just don't look at the calories printed on the menu!
Had white chocolate cookie dough which was nice and warm. Quick service and friendly welcoming staff. Was getting busy when we visited but well staffed. Would have liked the option of leaving out the soft ice-cream and swapping it with flavoured gelato for a little bit extra, instead of the regular charge for one scoop of ice cream. Will be back to try other desserts.
Waffle here is the best!! It’s crispy outside and soft inside, the best waffle ever! Crepe is also good, it’s soft and chewy. Sundae is fine, but I’m not recommend. There’re many teenager and adult customer, which make the atmosphere comfortable. The price is reasonable. It quite sweet tho.
Amazing service for my daughters birthday! We ordered for 7 and within 5 minutes are orders were arriving on our table. The team made it extra special by singing happy birthday!
